What does the course involve? This qualification is designed for learners with an interest in developing knowledge of their own and others’ wellbeing. The courses provides learners with a range of flexible units to suit their individual circumstances and interests including:

  • Introduction to Stress & Stress Management
  • Importance of Healthy Eating & Drinking in Adults
  • Developing an Awareness of Mental Health
  • Personal Safety & Awareness
  • Weight Management & Body Image
  • Impact of Lifestyle Choices
  • Making Informed, Healthy Choices

How long does it take? The course runs for 5 days.

Are you eligible? Our courses are free/fully-funded for those aged 19+ who are unemployed and not in education or training.
