Acorn Training earns place on NHS Customer Service Framework

(Monday, 23rd November 2020) Acorn Training has successfully placed as one of the providers on the HEE / Salisbury NHSFT national framework for Customer Service Level 2. This exciting development for Acorn Training enables the company to work with any NHS organisation in the East and West Midlands to deliver their Customer Service level 2 apprenticeship bespoked to the needs of NHS employers.


Acorn Training currently deliver over 15 standards of apprenticeship qualifications across the UK with the Level 2 qualification in Customer Service specifically focusing on enabling individuals to provide customer service products and services for businesses and other organisations including face-to-face, telephone, digital and written contact and communications.

Caroline Hickey, Head of Business Development, discusses Acorn’s approach to delivery “Our bespoke Customer Service Apprenticeships delivered within the NHS are supportive, yet challenging. We tailor each programme to the individual learner and employer by reviewing the requirements of the NHS and establishing the learner’s starting point. We develop an individualised plan of teaching, learning and assessment for each learner and are very familiar with the vision of NHS procurement teams across the Midlands.”
